📅 Return Window

-          Standard Returns: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).

-          Extended Returns: Returns made between 31–90 days after delivery are eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

-          Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

-          All original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.

-          We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet these requirements.

🚚 Return Shipping

-          Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-          We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

-          We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

💳 Refunds

-          Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.

-          Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale conditions. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
